Make contact and meet with the job site supervisor
Address their concerns; such as leaks, etc.
Walk the perimeter
Check scuppers, corners, up and downs. High wall conditions. Terminations
Check curbs
Penetrations, pipes, and pipe clamps
Clean drains and drain rings. Make sure drains have covers
Clean debris and limbs off roof
Take photos of before and after it is completed
Provide a general report of the roof condition (Excellent, good, poor, beyond poor)
